Lynchpyn 1

LYNCHPYN is a new band spawned from the remnants of various bands around the South East, formed in mid-2012, based in Essex and Kent.

The band was started by Justin Lloyd (J.D. Ratt-vocals), previously with Smokin Barrels, Maelstrom and Jason Lawrence (JJ – drums), also from Smokin Barrels. Having advertised for musicians both were then introduced to Rob Furman (Furi-guitars) from Halo & Unbound Fury, and after having gone through a couple of other guitarists, Paul Cook (Diablo-lead guitars) from Rushhole & Red Thirteen was recruited. Finally Furi introduced everyone to Artur Mielczarek (Kred-bass) and LYNCHPYN was completed.

LYNCHPYN have been writing for a few months now and have a repertoire of great tracks to choose from, combining the essence of many great bands, Killswitch Engage, Fear Factory, Stone Sour, Pantera and Alice in Chains to name but a few, all together having created a sound that has both melody and aggression. Such tracks as ‘Drop The Blade’ which is a down and out metal song with crunching riffs a stabbing stop/start verse and chorus that blends melody with in your face metal, blended with Vocals that growl and purvey your every torment.

Or the instantly accessible ‘Can You Speak Now’ which flows effortlessly with chugging guitars and blistering solo combine that with its melodic undertow and pulsating rhythm, this bands music a winner without a doubt.

The band have recently completed their debut EP, and will be launching it at this show.

Metasoma has a unique blend of culture and style which fuses rock n roll with heavy metal. The group came together in London in late 2009 by two seasoned riff masters Voytek and Michal who were out on the look for someone to take over the frontman position, after quite a search they came across what they thought was the best vocalist they came across; Amro who stepped in after hearing fantastically recorded instrumentals courtesy of Michal, and the team started crafting their special sound since.

Upon recording their first track Rasta Peace (R.A.P) followed by a live video clip at Camden Rock (London) Metasoma has encountered some considerable success both amongst critics and music fans after embarking on a mini tour across the UK in 2010.. Their performances left fans longing for more with the band’s brilliant stage presence and killer vocals.

Since then the band has entered the UK’s “Live and Unsigned” National Competition where they got through to the semi-finals. Metasoma are proud winners of the Cooltura Festival competition 2010 at the O2 Shepherd’s Bush Empire.

The band released their debut EP ‘Metal Erosion’ early in 2012. Their March 2012 ‘Metal Erosion’ tour was received brilliantly by metal heads and music lovers alike all around the UK. It has boasted some impressive reviews to date and it seems that it is just the beginning.

Fans and music lovers around the globe are in for an exciting ride when Metasoma refines their sound with all new recordings of the existing tracks and of course the fresh new songs.

Heavy desert rock meets stoner metal. Born in October 2012 the band consists of George Zafirakis (Vocals), Ashley Clark (Bass), Ashley Morton (Drums) & Kai Wolf (Guitar).

The band released their debut EP -Run for cover- in February 2013.

If you haven’t had the pleasure of seeing the band live you can catch them frequently at shows in the UK.

You like metal? Good, Tyrian do too. They are a London based metal band, who play whatever they feel like and most of the time, they feel pretty annoyed…

Their debut album ‘Seek Medical Advice’ is available now on iTunes, Amazon, etc, and they’d really like you to listen to it, and join us in our frustration with the world.

A meld of nu metal and hard rock, aggressive and fearless, with a live performance referred to as ‘intense’, this is where it all begins…
